Rhosandra ("Rhosandra", "we", "us") is an econometric decision-support service operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Türkiye. You can reach us at support@rhosandra.com.
Rhosandra is a multi-asset statistical correlation regime-analysis decision-support terminal. It measures the computed statistical correlation between pairs of financial instruments across several asset classes, identifies changes in that correlation regime, and notifies subscribers of those computed regime changes by email or Telegram.
The service is informational and analytical. It presents statistics and the state of a computed model; it does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to any brokerage or exchange account.
Rhosandra is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a trading indicator or signal, and not a price forecast. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and is not a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. We are not a licensed broker, investment adviser or financial adviser. Nothing in the service accounts for your personal circumstances. Markets involve risk, including the loss of capital. Any decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for it. Consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Rhosandra. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email and Google account secure. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Full access to live alerts and all markets requires a paid subscription. The showcase is open to view without a subscription.

Rhosandra relies on market data from third-party providers. That data, and the computations derived from it, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered, that they will be timely, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Rhosandra platform, its interface, its models and its content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own purposes while your subscription is active. All other rights are reserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) continue to apply.
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. If you continue to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
