We want you to be confident before you commit. This policy explains the free trial, our money-back guarantee, and how to request a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of being charged. No detailed justification is required — just contact us within the window.
The guarantee applies to your first paid month. Later renewals are not automatically covered, but if something goes wrong, contact us — we deal with issues fairly.
Email support@rhosandra.com from, or mentioning, the email address on your account, and let us know you would like a refund. We will confirm and process it.
Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
As the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund within 60 days of a purchase where needed to resolve a payment dispute or prevent a chargeback.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Outside the 30-day guarantee, partial periods are not separately refunded.
