This policy explains what personal data Rhosandra ("Rhosandra", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices and rights you have. It is written to meet both the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Rhosandra is an informational and educational analytics service. It is not a trading indicator or signal, not a price forecast, and not investment, financial or tax advice. It is provided purely for informational and educational purposes. See our Terms & Conditions for the full disclaimer.

01WHO WE ARE

Rhosandra is an econometric decision-support service operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Türkiye. For the purposes of the GDPR and KVKK, that operator is the data controller for the personal data described here.

02WHAT WE COLLECT

Account & identity: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name, and Google account identifier) from Google Sign-In. We use this to create and identify your account.
Notification preferences: The market pairs you choose to be alerted on, and the timestamps of your subscription activity.
Telegram (optional): If you choose to receive alerts on Telegram, we store the Telegram chat identifier needed to deliver messages to you.
Payment: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. We do not receive, see or store your card number or bank details. From Lemon Squeezy we receive your subscription status and the billing email associated with your purchase, so we can grant or revoke access.
Technical / cookies: We use only strictly necessary cookies: an authentication session cookie so you stay signed in, and a functional routing cookie (rho_human) used to serve the site correctly. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data (health, biometrics, political or religious views, etc.), and we ask you not to send us any.

03HOW WE USE IT & LEGAL BASES

To provide the service — create your account, compute and display regime information, and deliver the alerts you subscribe to. (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) performance of a contract; KVKK Art. 5/2-c.)
To manage billing and access — verify your subscription status with Lemon Squeezy. (Contract; and legal obligation for records — GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).)
To keep the service secure and working — prevent abuse, diagnose faults, maintain essential cookies. (Legitimate interests, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2-f.)
To meet legal obligations — tax and accounting records where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.

04WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share personal data only with the service providers ("processors") that make Rhosandra work, each under their own terms and only as needed:

Google — sign-in / authentication.
Lemon Squeezy — payments and subscription management (Merchant of Record).
Brevo (Sendinblue) — delivery of email notifications.
Telegram — delivery of Telegram notifications, if you link it.
Netcup — server hosting.

Market-data providers (Yahoo Finance, FRED, Coinbase, Binance) supply price data to us; they do not receive any of your personal data. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

05INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some of our processors are located outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses and their own compliance frameworks.

06HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records). After that, or on a valid deletion request, your personal data is deleted or anonymised.

07YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to the GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data erased;
restrict or object to certain processing;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these, email support@rhosandra.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu), or your local EU/UK data protection authority.

08SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09AGE

Rhosandra is intended for adults. The service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
